Shipping policy
We ship from multiple centres around the world, and every item is made to order just for you. This approach allows us to avoid overproduction, helping us prioritise sustainability and reduce waste in the fashion industry. It also enables us to serve customers globally, ensuring equal access for everyone who wants to join our family. Additionally, by producing and shipping items closer to your location, we help minimise the chances of customs fees or taxes during international delivery.
Collaboration with many fulfilment centres around the world helps us keep the delivery times and prices lower. This is because we aim to send out the items from the fulfilment centre that is located closest to you whenever we can.
We ship to 190 countries and territories.
You will find estimations of delivery times on each product page. For most of the products you will see a more detailed estimation at the checkout (together with the price calculation). These are only estimations and the actual delivery time may slightly differ, depending on customs clearance etc. (whenever needed). Once your order has been produced (usually within a few business days), you'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details and eventually a more accurate delivery timeframe, as most of our products are sent out with tracked delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, strikes, local conflicts or courier delays. We do our best to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to pay duties, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
If your item is lost or arrives damaged (photographic evidence will be required), please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfilment partner to investigate, and if the issue is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items they order comply with their country’s laws. We are not liable for any issues resulting from local customs or local authorities due to regional laws or restrictions.
You are responsible for taxes/duties that any international shipment (if applies) may incur.
For international orders, your package may occasionally be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by your country's customs office. These taxes are not included in our product prices (unless otherwise specified in the "Shipping & Delivery" section in product pages) and are usually collected by your local postal service or customs office. Most orders go through smoothly, but if any fees do come up, they are the customer's responsibility.
Countries and regions we currently do not deliver to:
At the moment we are not able to ship to Cuba, Iran, Russia, North Korea, Syria, Israel, and The Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
Additionally, we are sorry to say that currently we are also unable to ship to Algeria, Bangladesh, Brunei, Burundi, Cameroon, Chad, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Liberia, Libya, Malaysia, Mali, Mauretania, Morrocco, Myanmar, Northern Nigerian Sharia States, Oman, Pakistan, Papua-New Guinea, Qatar, Saint Lucia, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tanzania, The Gambia, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, UAE, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Yemen, Zimbabwe and Zambia.
